The Archival Return Policy

At Marit Monroe, we understand that true refinement cannot be rushed. To ensure your absolute peace of mind, we extend a generous and sophisticated return window that honors both your time and the investment made in our pieces.

The Return Window

  • Right of Rescission: You possess the exclusive right to cancel your acquisition within 30 days of delivery, without the requirement of a formal justification.

  • The Return Timeline: Following your notice of cancellation, you are granted an additional 30 days to securely dispatch the piece back to our international atelier.

  • Complete Reimbursement: Upon a successful return, you will be credited the full order amount, including your original shipping fees.

Terms of Preservation

To honor the exquisite craftsmanship and pristine nature of our garments, pieces must be returned in immaculate condition.

  • Condition Criteria: The product must be returned with all original accessories and—wherever reasonably possible—in its pristine, unaltered state and original archival packaging.

  • Transit Responsibility: The logistics and costs associated with returning the piece from your private residence to our digital atelier remain the sole responsibility of the client. We kindly suggest consulting your preferred premium courier's portal for precise structural rates.

  2. The Refund: Once our atelier has received and verified the immaculate condition of your returned piece, your full reimbursement will be processed swiftly. The original order amount will be credited back to your account within 30 days of your initial return notification.
